Investigative Journalism
Dear Sir,
LETTER OF APPRECIATION
I humbly write to
express the extent of my appreciation for your good investigative works to
eradicate corruption and other evil deeds in Ghana and Africa.
I say big kudos to
Abdul Malik Kweku Baako who added extra experience to your personal skills.
Indeed you two and
your confidential team have made Ghana and Africa proud.
As i write this open
letter, which i believe you are reading, Ghanaians and Africans are eagerly
waiting for the full version of your undercover or investigative journalism on
Corrupt Judges who pretend to eat, drink and breath in Law, fairness and
Justice, claim they ensure sanity in the country, not knowing they are worst
enemies to Fairness and Justice in this country.
Honestly, i have been
hearing about you and your news since 2010 but never read your investigative
works or watched them on social media.
Today marks the day i
caged myself in the room without food, read and watched all your investigative
works in Ghana and Africa.
Could not control my
tears after watching the videos of:
The Spirit Child,
where innocent deformed babies were killed in the Northern Region
The Spell of Albino in
Tanzania, where Albinos are killed for their Boby Parts to be used to rituals.
The death of a Lady in
Nigeria due to abortion procedure by a quack medical doctor worsen my tears,
especially when i saw her grave with no sign of integrity.......
I read about the
following

to the arrest of some fetish priests, with Anas advocating for the prosecution
of such persons.

The
Messiah of Mentukwa The story of how one woman Helen Jesus Christ, set up a
church in a remote village in Ghana’s hinterland and convinced members that

AL
Jazeera Africa Investigates _ Season 2 Nigeria’s Fake Doctors Anas teamed up
with colleague Rosemary Nwaebuni to blow the lid off the activities of quack
doctors who are risking the lives of vulnerable people in Africa's most
populous nation. The film led to the arrest of two such bogus medics who were
using pharmacy shops and even beer parlours as operating theaters for persons
who were in desperate need of medical attention. It presents persons who have
no medical qualification or knowledge whatsoever placing women in need of
abortion under the knife with the resultant fatal injuries.
Ghana’s
Food For Thought Focuses on the problem of stealing and corruption in the
process of getting donated food to the starving to whom it is destined. Anas
went undercover to expose the activities of the Ghana Health Service officers
who ran a corrupt business by commercially selling specialized foods donated by
the World Food Program (WFP) and destined free-of-charge to malnourished children
in the north. It resulted in the dramatic arrest of three persons. All the
suspects captured in the act of committing this crime are currently in police
custody.
Interestingly,
Ghanaians with a disease called "SHORT TERM MEMORY" have forgotten
most of your investigative works and never followed up to check the positive
results or effect on the society.

From
the headlines above, i can strongly conclude that Most Ghanaians praise lies
and frown at the truth.
It
takes only courageous, smart, determined and persistent Journalists like you to
overcome the challenges and face the evil guys boot for boot in a tactful
means.
The
rich ones hire people to tarnish the image of the few who stand for Justice,
Fairness and truth just to bring them down to pave way for the evil guys to
continue their evil operations.
As
a Student Journalist, i have learnt a lot from you less than 24 hours....
Anas,
your were once a seller and now an Africa Hero who stands for truth...
this
teaches me to be persistent and ambitious, to stand firm and always for the
truth disregard to where i am coming from.

Journalism
shall effect community and the country in the most progressive way.
Journalism
is about hard core evidence.
You
dont just investigate for news publication, but you follow up to ensure the
evil guys are jailed.
I
strongly believe that Journalists like Nyameba Kwasi Boadu Otedenkyemso ,
Ghanamanwofase Nana Akwasi Addo , Kwesi Parker-Wilson , Kobby Blay , Ohemaa
Sakyiwaa, and few others will go far in advocating for anti-corruption,
fairness and Justice as you are doing to help Africa to develop.
Lets
join together to name, shame and jail the evil guys to help in Africa
development.
You
